Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order. Your order is considered dispatched once it is handed to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your location and other factors. Below are our estimated delivery times:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🌎 Worldwide: 10–21 business days
Please note that delays caused by holidays, peak shipping periods, or customs processing may extend the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It’s important to double-check your shipping details during checkout to ensure accuracy. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or cancellations. If we detect an issue with your address, we will email you within 3 business days to verify the details. If we don’t receive a response, we may need to cancel your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please email us at hello@pristil.com within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to assist. Changes after this timeframe may not be possible.
Delayed Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, transportation issues, or courier delays. If such delays occur, we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Please note that Pristil is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll keep you updated on your order status and provide support as needed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@pristil.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue. You should also reach out to the courier to file a claim.
While Pristil is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do everything we can to help. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. If the package is not recovered, we recommend filing a police report for additional documentation.
