Refund Policy for Pristil

At Pristil, we are committed to providing products that make cleaning effortless, effective, and eco-friendly. We believe in the quality of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after this time and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@pristil.com for assistance.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to make changes. If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We’re confident in the results our products deliver, and we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days. If you are not satisfied, you can return the items within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. A damaged item is considered to have a defect or physical breakage. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, with a product that is in good condition, is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@pristil.com. Include a clear photo of the damage in your email. If eligible, we will send you a replacement at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control are not our responsibility. If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly.

Pristil is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend reaching out to the courier for resolution.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
