We automatically collect certain information when you use the platform: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral URL through cookies and analytics.
We share information with cleaning professionals as needed to perform services (your name, address, and special instructions). We share payment data with Stripe for processing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Contractors receive your name, address, and any notes you provide. Customers receive the contractor's name and photo once assigned.
We use essential cookies for authentication and platform functionality. We use analytics cookies (via Vercel Analytics) to understand platform usage. We use marketing cookies (via Google Ads) to measure advertising effectiveness if you opt in. You can manage cookie preferences using our cookie consent banner.
We retain your account information until you delete your account. Transaction records are retained for tax and legal compliance (7 years). Chat logs with support are retained for 1 year. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted data at rest, and regular security audits. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
