Pick your services and any add-ons, choose a date and morning or afternoon, and add photos of the rooms. Photos help cleaners quote accurately — you can always skip them.
2. Cleaners bid on your job
Verified cleaners nearby see your job and send their price. Bidding stays open for up to 72 hours and closes early once 3 bids arrive — so you never wait long. You can request a specific cleaner you liked, and their bid is marked so you can spot it instantly.
3. Compare and accept
Each bid shows the price, the cleaner's rating, and a short note. Accept the one you like, pay securely through Pristil, and the job is confirmed. Money sits safely with us until the clean is done.
4. Clean day
Your cleaner confirms their arrival time with you beforehand. Mark the job complete when you're happy — payment is released to the cleaner after a 48-hour review window.

1. Apply and get verified
Fill out a short application, upload your documents, and pass a background check. Most cleaners are approved within a couple of days. There is no fee to join.
2. Bid on jobs near you
Open jobs in your territory show up in your dashboard with photos, home size, and a typical price range based on what cleaners actually charge. Send your price and a short note — you can update your bid any time before it closes.
3. Win the job and clean
When a customer accepts your bid, the job lands on your calendar with their payment already secured. Confirm your arrival time, do the clean, and mark it complete.
4. Get paid
Your payout (job total minus a 20% platform fee) is released automatically 48 hours after you mark the job complete. No invoicing, no chasing payments.

When do I pay?+
Not when you book. You pay only when you accept a bid, and the money is held safely by Pristil until the cleaning is done.
How long does bidding take?+
Up to 72 hours, but it closes as soon as 3 bids come in — usually faster. You can cancel free of charge any time before you accept a bid.
What if something goes wrong?+
Tell us within 48 hours and we hold the cleaner's payment while our support team and mediation process sort it out.
How much do cleaners earn?+
Cleaners keep 80% of every job. Payouts go out automatically 48 hours after the job is marked complete.
